I am a professional chef with over 23 years of experience. I have cooked in New York, Orlando, Texas and Puerto Rico. In my hometown, I launched my catering and personal chef business, where I personalize and build menus designed specifically for your event.

I began my journey in my grandma's kitchen, learning the catering business and how to cook with fresh, local products. You can rest assured that my team and I will bring you the most friendly and honest experience, and I am certified in GMP food service.

Chef Acosta was incredible. We had a 22 person wedding where he cooked every meal for the entire weekend. As a person with Celiac disease and guests with a myriad of different food preferences, he was extremely accommodating with his menu preparation. He tried out new recipes to make his signature dishes gluten-free and everything was delicious. We opted for traditional Puerto Rican food for most of our meals, but we have no doubt that he would exceed expectations for other types of cuisine. None of our guests had a clue the entire menu was gluten-free, and that is a tough task. His communication was also impeccable, he was very proactive and would reach out if he knew that he was going to be out of touch for a few weeks. He made our special weekend amazing and stress-free. All our guests wished he and his wife could cook for them forever. Would definitely recommend for any event.
